How to Return and Exchange

Making a return and exchange is easy. We want you to wearable and fit.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item of new size, but if you are based out of Malaysia west you will need to pay delivery fees and taxes as well. Simply request return and exchange through email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

1, Please contact us immediately when you doesn’t fit via by email [email protected], email subject “Exchange and return queries” and tell us the reason and correct size you needed.

2, Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your purchase.

3, Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

4, a) West Malaysia: Call any local delivery express – RM6 (below 1KG) or Pos Laju Malaysia – RM6.76 (below 1KG), we will refund the shipping fees with Voucher Points to you, and you can redeem it on next orders.

     b) Out of West Malaysia: you can using any delivery express service, we will sending new size clothes when received your returned clothes.

**Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. SHOP THE SALE items is could not be exchanges.
